Evaluation is voluntary and anonymous.
Must be 18 years or older to complete the evaluation.
Completed evaluations sent to Cheri Janssen, PPP, following the program.
Report any adverse conditions to Cheri Janssen, PPP, within 30 days after the program.

As part of his class work, Jimmy Bricker (Benton County) surveyed private applicators in Area 9 that had met their 3 program requirement. The results showed good retention of the regulatory topics.
The most frequently suggested program topics were summarized from evaluations completed at programs in 2002.
